Self-improvement or personal growth is a process of developing a person’s capabilities to push him to reach his highest potential in order to enhance the quality of life and realization of aspirations. The journey of self-improvement never comes to an end. The more a person grows the more he realizes that there is so much out, so much more to learn. For sure, there is always room for improvement, the human potential is limitless, so it’s impossible to reach a point of no growth.

Overcome fears
All of us have fears. Fear of uncertainty, fear of public speaking, etc. All of our fears trap us in the same place, preventing us from progressing. We must recognize that our fears reflect areas where we can grow and are the compass for growth.
Get up early
Waking up early is a good way to improve productivity and quality of life. It keeps our mind-set to continue the momentum and proactively live out the day.
Step out of comfort zone
